IFGE organises curtain raiser in Pune for the upcoming India Bio-Energy & Tech Expo-2024

The Indian Federation of Green Energy (IFGE) has organized the curtain raiser for the upcoming and much touted “India Bioenergy & Tech Expo 2024 : An International Conference & Exhibition on Bioenergy and Technologies” at Pune, one of the emerging hubs of the biofuels industry in the country.  IFGE was joined by MM Activ Sci-Tech Communications in the said event.

This highly anticipated expo is set to take place from September 2-4, 2024 at Yashobhoomi, Dwarka, New Delhi, serving as a premier platform for showcasing the latest advancements in bioenergy and sustainable technologies.

IFGE held that the event aims to bring together industry leaders, innovators, policymakers, and stakeholders to discuss and explore cutting-edge solutions for a greener future, emphasizing India’s commitment to sustainable energy development.

Some key personalities participated in the IFGE curtain raiser including, Dr. Pramod Chaudhari, IFGE President,  Dr. Reji Mathai, Director of ARAI, YB Ramakrishna head of IFGE CBG Producer Forum, Dr. Kakasaheb S. Konde from Vasantdada Sugar Institute, Sanjay Ganjoo, DG of IFGE and Ravindra Boratkar, MD of MM Activ Sci-Tech Communications.

Dr. Pramod Chaudhari held in his address, “The India Bioenergy and Tech Expo 2024, organized by IFGE, is a crucial initiative for advancing India’s bioenergy sector. This event offers a valuable opportunity for organizations to explore investment prospects and gain insights into the industry. I encourage my colleagues in the industry to take advantage of this platform and participate.”

Dr. Chaudhari also appreciated the recent initiative of Global Biofuels Alliance and stretched on the need of bioenergy to meet net zero target.

IFGE held that the upcoming mega expo will include concurrent shows namely India CBG & Tech Expo, India Biomass & Tech Expo, India Ethanol & Tech Expo, India Biodiesel & Tech Expo, India Waste to Energy & Tech Expo and India Bio mobility & Tech Expo.

IFGE claimed that more than 200 industry representatives participated in the Pune curtain raiser and expects a big rush at the expo and conferences. It held that more than 10,000 visitors are expected to visit the exhibition.
