Jain Resource Recycling commences copper anode production

Chennai headquartered Jain Resource Recycling Ltd has announced the commencement of commercial production of its Copper Anode line through its wholly owned subsidiary, Jain Green Technologies Pvt Ltd.

The production has started at the company’s Unit III manufacturing facility located in Gummidipoondi, Tamil Nadu, effective July 6, 2026.

Jain Resource Recycling disclosed this development to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) and BSE Limited in accordance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

This development marks a key milestone in the company’s expansion strategy, aimed at strengthening its position in the recycled metals segment. The commissioning of the Copper Anode line is expected to significantly enhance the group’s recycling capacity while improving overall operational efficiency.

Jain Resource Recycling said that the production line consists of two furnaces, both of which have now been successfully commissioned. The first furnace became operational in March 2026, while the second furnace was commissioned on July 6, 2026, completing the full setup of the Copper Anode facility.

With the entire line now functional, Jain Resource Recycling is well-positioned to cater to the rising demand for sustainable and recycled metal products. The move aligns with the broader industry trend of increasing focus on circular economy practices and environmentally responsible manufacturing.
