Adani (ATGL) seeks bids to build CBG plant of 500 TPD in Ahmedabad

Adani Total Gas Limited (ATGL) has sought proposals from EPC Contractors interested in participating in the procurement process for “Design, Engineer, Build, and Operate 500 TPD Capacity Bio- CNG (CBG) Plant for Treatment of Source Segregated/ Mixed Organic Fraction of Municipal Solid Waste at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

The last day of submitting the bids is June 24, 2024. The pre-bid meeting is on June 6 and the notification of ATGL says that all prospective bidders are required to visit the site in person at their own expense prior to participating in the Pre-bidding process. One joint visit will be coordinated by ATGL on 22- 05-2024.

The location of the proposed CBG project is Pirana, Gyaspur, in Ahmedabad of Gujarat. The total area of the CBG project is 17 acres and the selected contractor will be required to build the CBG plant for the production of compressed biogas, solid organic manure and liquid organic manure. The production of briquettes has been kept as optional.

The contractor will have to build the CBG plant within 12 months (one year).

Within the CBG plant project, the contractor will need to build the following important installations: Municipal Solid waste Dry Pretreatment, Wet Pretreatment, Hydrolysis tanks, Digesters, Buffer tanks, BioGas purification system, EOT crane, Biogas flaring system, Gas storage balloon, Compressor, Storage Cascades, CO2 liquefaction plant, Solid liquid separator, ETP, Fertilizer processing & packaging plant, Laboratory, Office, Control room, SCADA etc.
