MPPGCL Issues Tender for Modernization of 5×23 MW Units of Gandhisagar Hydel Power Station

MPPGCL (Madhya Pradesh Power Generating Company Limited) has issued a tender for the design, engineering including reverse engineering, manufacturing, supply, erection, testing and commissioning for renovation and modernization of 5×23 MW units of Gandhisagar Hydel Power Station.

The last date for the submission of tender is September 12, 2023. The due date of techno-commercial bid opening is September 15, 2023.

The tender fee is INR 50,000. The EMD amount is INR 1,00,000,00. The tender is valued at INR 3,90,00,00,000.

Recently, Madhya Pradesh Power Generating Company Limited issued a tender for work contract for complete operation and assistance in operation work of Hydrogen Generation Plant 2X600MW, Stage-1 and 2X660MW, Stage-2 at Sri Singhaji Thermal Power Project (SSTPP), MPPGCL, Dongalia for a period of 12 months. The last date to submit the bid is September 21, 2023. Bid opens on September 26, 2023.

MPPGCL is a wholly-owned company of Madhya Pradesh Government engaged in the generation of electricity in the state of Madhya Pradesh. It is a successor entity of erstwhile Madhya Pradesh State Electricity Board (MPSEB). The firm, while operating and maintaining its existing units, is also constructing new power plants for increasing capacity in the State of Madhya Pradesh.
